This may be the only place in the New Orleans area , just one lady in am who knows what the drive thru convenience means
For a fast food restaurant this Wendy's is excellent! Fast, good food, and most of all, the staff is friendly and efficient. Always a smile to greet you. With other fast food around, it's nice to feel like my business is appreciated!
10/22/2017 Visit started out good. Staff greeted us and took order quickly. Food was prepared quickly. Clean dining area. After meal went up to order coffee to go and found the cashier eating chicken nuggets from the cooking/holding area. Ordered coffee and had to wait until someone showed the new employee how to make coffee. I'm thankful they make fresh coffee, but some one needs to retrain staff.
The customer service was excellent, food was Great fries was kinda cold. Only thing there was water in front of drink machines,which wasn't to safe.And the trash was running over.
The staff are friendly and helpful. When we order lunch here, we have multiple orders. The staff takes care of these large orders quickly and correctly. The menu offers a little something for everyone and it's budget friendly.
It appeared the manage came out and made the coffee and disappeared again.
But over all Food was Great
