I get mail at different time some am some pm and I keep getting other ppls mail. Also as for as packages she let the lady across from me sign for my package and from me calling them becuz I was confused about it being signed for and no one was at my house to sign. I later found out it was the lady across the street. This time she left this key in my mail box to days straight that says IP 1 and when I check it's empty. I called due to my sons day mailed him a pair of school shoes and where expecting them since Monday and today being Wednesday I'm really worried becuz school starts tomorrow and the office is now closed. I'm pretty upset with St. Rose Post office...
My bag of prescription medicines was delivered to a house a few doors down yesterday. Luckily it was an honest neighbor who brought it to me this morning. We have gotten a box of checks that belonged to someone on the next street. We used to always get mail for the same house number but for streets in other subdivisions. We live in Dianne Place subdivision. Medicines and blank checks being delivered to wrong addresses is NOT OK!
When I first got my mailbox, I was constantly getting the previous person's mail. I would write "Return to Sender" on the envelope, instead of them sending it back, they would put it back in my box, once with a note asking if I knew the other person! So now I put a label over my address with "Return to Sender" on it so they can't see my address. On top of that, I filled out a card to have my mail from the house redirected to the PO Box, they would forward junk mail to the box, but my water was almost cut off because instead of re-directing it to my box, they sent it back to the water company! Why can't they send the junk mail back?
Whoever the mail lady is for this area has seriously been delivering mail that is not for the recipient. I live in the Diane Place Subdivision and at lest ONCE or TWICE a week I am getting other people's mail. Now this month I am missing a couple of bills, so I would assume that someone else has my bill which is messing me up with getting my bills paid. A supervisor needs to speak with this mail lady, as I see it as a very serious problem, wherein she cannot pay attention enough to make sure that the mail delivery is going to the right persona and address. I understand sometimes it can happen, but it happens to me and from what I understand to my neighbors as well. Please have some one speak to this mail person. Sometimes a "pep" talk helps the employee to realize that they are doing and prepare them for doing a better job
On Saturday morning it's hard to find a post office that will be open, much less one that will help. this post office was open and the guy was very helpful, even though he was running ragged between phone calls and other duties. he took the time to explain a flat rate envelopes and give me a few extra ones. thank you.
