What a pleasant process! Brandon was truly an ambassador for Rhino Shield, not a pushy salesman. The whole experience has been superior to anything that I had expected or encountered before. Knolegable, pleasant, articulate, and most of all, a wealth of accurate information. Mark was also very helpful through the entire preliminary steps and extremely kind in his "noninvasive follow up" calls. I'm only partially through the process, but am eagerly anticipating the next steps. Wow!

Part One: THE ASSESSMENT AND SALES PROCESS.
Went very well. Took about 4 days and had no interruptions or major issues. After the job was done we found a missed spot on the back of the house. Called them and they had the crew come out the same day to touch up.

Part Two: THE FINISHED PROJECT AND PROCESS.
Well we are finished! Besides a Hurricane and a couple of non-avoidable hic-ups, everything went forward without a hitch! This has been the second time I've painted this house and one of five homes that I've gone through the unpleasantness of the "Paint the House" ordeal. I have to say that this has been the most impressive "Team" effort from the Rhino Shield professionals that my wife and I have ever experience. Nothing like all or any of my previous experiences! It's been really painless. Soon after making the decision to move forward with Rhino Shield we were to learn just what a GREAT decision we had made. Gus Sanchez and Crew came in to assess what exactly they needed to do. They developed a plan to replace rotten trim, pressure wash and clean everything, prime & prep everything, and finally start the process of application of the adhesion promoter, taping and masking everything, protecting our flower beds, and finally start applying the colors to the exterior of our home. The entire time this was going on, a whole other team of personnel provided assistance from A to Z. Karen coordinated everything. Kristian consulted with Mary (my wife) to get exactly the right paint colors and codes for or home. Janell assisted with the financial issues and Kimberly expertly always got us in front of the right people to handle whatever questions we had. In the interim, both Brandon and Mark followed the evolution to ensure that everything was moving along well. During this, we always had support, professionalism, from what I can only describe as friendly expert personnel who always had a "can do attitude",and never disappointed! They were all "Above and Beyond" any expectation that we could have imagined. In fact, it looks as if my father, who was watching and listening during all of this, is going to be my first referral..... If you knew my Dad, it goes without saying that he is not easily impressed! However, he knows better than most when he sees a "Truly Incredible Outcome" and "Impeccable attention to detail" not to mention not getting a headache or ulcers during the experience. I'm so impressed, so happy with our choice, and so impressed with or finished BEAUTIFUL Home, and EXTREAMLLY grateful to ALL the Rhino Shield Professionals that I would tell anyone, and everyone to come look at our house, the detail, the warrantee, the cost comparisons, and if they don't chose Rhino Shield for their home. They made a grave mistake!!!!!! Thank You All at Rhino Shield. I would say that I would look forward to working with them again, but it will have to be at my Dad's House or someone else's. This house is done, and it's done right, and I don't think we'll have to ever worry about the paint again!
I cannot say enough great things about Rhino Shield Gulf south. We were impressed with the color combinations and are extremely pleased with our long term investment. Our home came out beautiful and the salesman was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on his product. He was able to give us on the spot answers to all of our questions and concerns. The crew that came out to complete the job was super quick and very friendly, was impressed with their clean up as well. We will absolutely recommend Rhino Shield to family and friends.
