I was told that the package would be delivered at a certain time and it didn't show up at that time. I called the dispatcher and found out the driver was running late and was told it would be another hour. When they didn't show up in another hour I called again and was told it would be another 20 mins. I called several more times, each time being told 15-20 mins more. In total the delivery ended up being 3 1/2 hours late. In addition to all of this when the driver finally arrived with the package he made no attempt what so ever to help unload the package. If they were going to be late, fine, but they should of given an accurate time table of when the package would arrive. Would avoid using this service.
