They said that they test drove it after each repair and made sure it was in good shape.

After being referred to River Road Auto, I took my 1999 Ford explore to get an alignment. He wants the repairs were complete, I was told (and charged $20) for a new set of camber bolts only to find out they lied and installed salvaged parts. Then, upon driving away, felt and heard way too much road noise. Took it back to have them tell me it’s my slightly worn tires and that they would rotate them. The next day, they decided to charge me another $25 for the tire rotation.
Total waste of time and money. They have become so accustomed to dealing with insurance companies for collision claims and repair, that they seem to bend over every honest customer that comes through the door.
After $80 for alignment, $20 for Old camber bolts, and $25 for tire rotation, my truck is still giving me too much friction in the front end while constantly pulling to the right.
